Returns & exchanges
District Vision has a 14-day return policy for items purchased at full price: any unwanted items must be shipped/ postmarked within 14 days of receipt. You are responsible for returning your item to us. Please use any recorded delivery service of your choice.

*All discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

*Please make sure to ship footwear in a separate, protective shipping box, rather than using the shoe box alone. Footwear returns will not be accepted if the shoe box is used as the shipping carton.

If you are receiving multiple shipments for your order, please wait until you have received everything to initiate your return and only send unwanted items in one package to avoid delays in processing.

Returning your purchase
Email studio@districtvision.com outlining the nature of your return or exchange. Please send the tracking number in the email so we can monitor the return shipment. Items returned to us must include all the original packaging and be unworn. If returned items do not meet our standards, they will be shipped back to the customer. If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item. District Vision reserves the right to reject any returned items that do not meet the above requirements.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.

Receiving a refund
All returns that are shipped back within the 14-day time period will be refunded to the original form of payment. You will recieve an e-mail confirming when the refund is issued.

Sale
Please note all sale items offered at a reduced price are final sale and cannot be returned.

District Vision quality guarantee
If an item received is classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.
